We provide services to corporations, organisations and professionals including:

• Advice, assistance and representation to individuals and organisations about visa eligibility and applications (except student, humanitarian and refugee visas);
• Advice, assistance and representation to individuals concerning Australian citizenship;
• Advice and representation to parties who have received unfavourable decisions from DIAC. 

We also help employers and organisations to design and deliver training to staff or members in a range of areas. After completion of the training an assessment of effectiveness is undertaken and future training recommendations are made.

Registered Migration Agents

Our professional immigration advice is provided by lawyers who are Registered Migration Agents (RMAs), who are bound by both their legal practice obligations and their RMA Code of Conduct

Managing Director

Emma Mackey is the Legal Director of Mackey Lawyers.  She has been practising law for more than 15 years and has worked in Western Australia, New South Wales and Victoria in a number of well-respected firms. She is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1169802)
