The period for public submissions in relation to the template Labour Agreement proposed for the tourism and hospitality industry has now closed.

In a joint media release on 25 May 2012, the Minister for Immigration & Citizenship Chris Bowen MP and the Minister for Resources & Energy Martin Ferguson MP announced that the first Enterprise Migration Agreement has been finalized for the Roy Hill iron ore project in the Pilbara region in Western Australia.
