Our practice was established to service small and medium Australian businesses recruiting non-Australians to fill specialised positions due to labour shortages in the Australian workforce.

We have assisted many employers to obtain sponsorship and nomination under the 482 Program, nominations under the Employer Nomination Scheme and Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme and both temporary (subclass 482) and permanent (subclass 186, 187) visas for staff.  We have also assisted employers to obtain short-term working (subclass 400) visas for non-ongoing work.  As part of our assistance we provide preliminary advice about eligibility, supporting documentation required, application preparation and lodgement and post-lodgement liaison with the (federal) Department of Home Affairs.
We also undertake audits of employer’s sponsorship obligations under the 482 Program and assist employers to ensure that their recruitment, promotion, salary benchmarking and labour market testing policies and procedures are compliant with immigration legislation.
We work with individual clients seeking to sponsor family for Australian visas such as the parent (subclass 103, 143, 804, 173, 864) and partner (subclass 820/801, 309/100 and 300) visas.
We have also worked with a small pool of talented individuals (sporting stars, artists, writers, musicians and academics) who have qualified for permanent residency in Australia under the Distinguished Talent (subclass 124, 858) visa category.
