Telerik Australia was established in March 2011 to give Telerik a base from which to service its existing customers in Australia and New Zealand. Telerik Australia has assumed responsibility for approximately for thousands of existing Telerik customers based in Australia and New Zealand. Telerik Australia is charged with providing the same high-level service to existing and new customers from its office in Sydney.
Having identified the personnel who would provide the ongoing support for its growing Australian business, Mackey Lawyers were engaged to assist Telerik gain 457 visas for its new staff. A key requirement was that this process took place with minimal business interruption for Telerik and it was a smooth transition for the new staff member, to ensure Telerik's clients service delivery was maintained.
